Robert GensI am a Ph.D. student at the University of Washington, working on machine learning for computer vision advised by Pedro Domingos. I am supported by the Google PhD Fellowship in Deep Learning. I received my S.B. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2009. My goal is to create learning systems that can understand infinite visual data as stable concepts. I enjoy learning about neuroscience, graphics, and mathematics, as I believe they will inspire new algorithms that will thrive on tomorrow's computers. Publications
